Have a say about residential infilling
The City of St. Catharines is reviewing policies, zoning standards and procedures related to how land in existing neighbourhoods is used or reused for developments, and how infilling can be achieved in a compatible manner. City planners are looking forward to receiving input, opinions, ideas and comments from residents and builders from across St. Catharines.

A public information session was held on Feb. 16 to present the review's preliminary findings and to receive feedback from the public.

A second public information session was held on March 2 to present draft recommendations stemming from the review.

Update: City planners will present a status update to City Council on Monday, March 27 outling the draft recommendations and next steps.
